About the Project
The Millennia Shopping Center is one of the largest commercial projects we have executed in Orlando. With 120,000 sq ft of retail space spread across three levels, this center houses more than 150 stores, restaurants, and entertainment spaces.
The architectural design features a central atrium with a glass ceiling that floods the space with natural light, creating a unique shopping experience. The marble, wood, and stainless steel finishes reflect the premium level of the establishment.
The project was completed in record time thanks to our phased construction methodology, allowing the first stores to open while the remaining areas were being completed. Today it is one of the most visited shopping centers in Central Florida.
