About the Project
The Downtown Business Tower is one of the most ambitious commercial projects we have executed in the heart of Orlando. This 18-story building houses corporate offices, coworking spaces, and first-class amenities for more than 2,000 employees.
The architectural design combines glass and steel facades with marble and hardwood interiors. Each floor was designed with flexibility to accommodate different office configurations, from open spaces to private executive suites.
The project achieved LEED Gold certification for its energy efficiency, intelligent building management systems, and use of sustainable materials. Delivered in November 2023, it has become a new icon of the Orlando skyline.
