The I-4 Highway Expansion in Central Florida was one of the most important infrastructure projects we have participated in. This 12-mile widening of Florida's busiest highway included the construction of new lanes, bridges, and drainage systems.
The work included demolition and reconstruction of 4 bridges, paving of 12 miles of new lanes, installation of high-efficiency LED lighting systems, smart signage, and state-of-the-art traffic management systems.
The project was executed under strict road safety protocols, maintaining traffic flow throughout construction. Completed in 36 months, this expansion reduced travel times by 35% for the more than 200,000 vehicles that travel this route daily.
